Return Window: Initiate returns within 7 days of delivery.

Submission for Return: Ship items back within 7 days of initiating the return.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns that don’t meet our criteria.

Shipping and Handling: Non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or a damaged item.
